Great experience everytime. I’ve been seen by Kim and Mona for cut/color. Both so great, professional and loved how my hair came out. I have been going every 6 weeks since I moved to the area in January. I also highly recommend scheduling a pedicure while your color is processing. Angie and Anna are both amazing. Love the entire staff there. :) Love the color and hair products they use too!

ona did an excellent job of highlighting my curly hair. She uses high-quality products that avoid damaging the hair. My highlights are still shiny after two months and I get a compliment about them almost every day. She consulted me thoroughly about the best color and tone that match my hair history of coloration and my completion. Mona is an absolute artist for cutting hair too. The only one who I trusted to cut the bang on my curly, uncontrollable hair. Serenity saloon is also a very soothing and desirable place. I enjoyed my experience there.

I had my hair dyed & cut by Mona about 4 weeks ago & have been meaning to post a review since. She does an amazing job. She listened to what I wanted & went from there. She is also very good with wavy/curly hair types. It is a little pricey.

I have been back to see Mona a few times since my first visit. She is absolutely amazing!!! I won’t go to anyone else. She is great at working with you.

Anna G, my manicurist, was very attentive to details. I was very nervous to get my nails done due to COVID19. I took a leap of faith and gave the salon a try. I was very pleased with her protocols. She sanitized my chair, used a new nail filer and buffer. She even applied hand sanitizer on my hands before proceeding with my manicure. I felt safe and comfortable. I will definitely be a frequent customer.

After 5 years of searching for a hair person in Plano, I FOUND MY PERSON!!! Mona is amazing. For the third time she has done exactly what I have wanted. I have had highlights and low lights (but was afraid of going to dark…she nailed it as you can see in pic 2) and this time I went more icey white. She can really do no wrong and your hair will be healthy and beautiful when you leave the salon.

Angie colors my hair and I’ve had everything from jet black hair to pink and purple highlights. I always get asked who colors my hair. Kimberly and Mona also cut my hair which is not an easy task. People always want to take pictures of my haircut and color. I have short hairstyle similar to victoria beckham and not everyone knows how to cut like they do. The Kerastase products they sell at the salon is also what has helped keep my hair healthy. People always ask if i’m wearing a wig because of how healthy and perfect it looks.
